By shopping at ES GIFTS CO (esgifts.store), you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We work hard to show products and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders & Payment

We take advance payments on all orders. Every order is confirmed with a confirmation call before dispatch — please keep your phone reachable so your order is not delayed.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days after confirmation, through TCS, Leopards, or M&P couriers. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery may take longer during sales, Eid holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customized Items

Customized and personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check names, messages, and spellings before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final — we do not offer returns or refunds. Please double-check your order before paying.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt our services.
